These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the Forturro platform, operated by The Forturro Group, a team of Keller Williams Innovate (Myrtle Beach, SC), licensed to conduct real estate brokerage business in South Carolina and North Carolina. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit an inquiry. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials safe.

Acceptable use

This site is for your personal, non-commercial use in searching for or evaluating real estate. You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract listing or site data; bypass or interfere with access controls; take unauthorized screenshots, copies, or exports of areas of the site restricted to signed-in clients or agents (for example, private client portal pages) for redistribution; or otherwise misuse the site in a way that interferes with its operation or other users' access.

Your content

Notes, saved homes, saved searches, and similar content you create on the platform remain yours. By submitting it, you give us permission to store and display it back to you (and, for content you knowingly share with your agent or household, to them) so the service can work. We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Listing data (MLS/IDX)

Listing data on this site is provided in part through the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® MLS. Real estate listings held by brokerage firms other than Keller Williams Innovate / The Forturro Group are marked with the Internet Data Exchange logo, and detailed information about those listings includes the name of the listing broker. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and is for your personal, non-commercial use only — verify all details independently before relying on them.

Our communications

How we contact you by email and text, and how you can opt out, are described in our Privacy Policy and SMS/Texting Terms. Some of our messages are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed under human oversight before sending.
