The Forturro Group (Keller Williams Innovate) respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect on this site and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact information you give us through our forms (name, email, phone, and your property preferences); site activity such as the homes, searches, and pages you view and save when you use the platform; and, for texting, your consent choice and phone number as described below. If you sign in with a Google or Apple option when available, we receive a verified email address, a provider-specific account identifier, and an optional display name. We store the email and identifier to create or link your Forturro account and recognize later sign-ins. An available name may fill an empty account display name. We do not request access to your Gmail messages.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, respond to your inquiries, connect you with the right agent on our team, send you relevant listing and price-drop alerts based on your saved searches and activity, and improve the service. Some of our outreach messages are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed under human oversight before sending.

How we share it

When you inquire, your information is routed to a licensed Forturro Group agent who will contact you. If you add a phone number to your signed-in account, we also submit your name (if available), email, and self-reported number to Follow Up Boss, our customer-relationship (CRM) system for our advisor team, even if you have not made a separate property inquiry. We use other service providers (for example, email and hosting providers) to operate the platform. We never sell your information to third parties.

Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS/text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are used only to provide the messaging services requested by the recipient.

Texting & calling

If asked to add a mobile number after signing in, you can choose “Not now.” A number you add is self-reported; we do not verify that it belongs to you. Adding a number alone does not give us permission to send account-related texts.

If you provide your phone number and select the optional SMS consent checkbox while creating an account, we may send occasional account-related texts. Sign-in links are sent by email only, never by text. Consent is not a condition of purchase; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Email

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.

Cookies & analytics

We use sign-in and session cookies to keep you signed in. If you choose an available provider sign-in option, short-lived cookies protect that sign-in and return you to the page you were viewing. We also use cookies and similar technologies (including analytics tools) to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Listing data

Listing data is provided through the Internet Data Exchange program of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® MLS and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.

Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and as required by applicable law and our brokerage's recordkeeping obligations.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
