Joe Scaturro is a Team Lead and REALTOR® with The Forturro Group at Keller Williams Innovate. His own experiences as a homeowner and real-estate investor shaped the way he wanted clients to be treated and ultimately led him into real estate.
Joe works with buyers and sellers across the Grand Strand, including Conway, Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Surfside Beach, Pawleys Island, Georgetown, and the surrounding Horry and Georgetown County markets. His professional profile reflects work with houses, manufactured homes, condominiums, townhomes, multifamily property, land, and commercial property.
Joe is also the owner and founder of Home Placer, which helps clients plan a new home on land they own in Horry County. That experience gives land and build-on-your-land clients a direct place to start when a standard resale search is not the right fit.
