Home counts show the matching listings used in this directory. The table covers named builders. All Other Builders is its own group. When shown, a price range uses the listings’ asking prices, not your final cost. Unavailable figures do not mean zero homes. The wider new-home search covers a different set of results.

What are listed models and communities?

A model name may point to a home’s floor plan. This column counts model names grouped from matching listings and the communities those listings name. It is not the builder’s whole catalog of floor plans or communities. Similar model labels may be grouped together. Ask for the layout and included features for the exact home rather than relying on its model name.

Why are some official builder guides separate from the cards?

The official guides help you learn about a builder even when Forturro has not matched that company to homes in its listings. A company guide and a current home listing answer different questions. Read the builder’s linked sources, then check the exact home’s status. A missing card or listing does not prove the company has no homes for sale.

What should I check before comparing two new homes?

Ask for each home’s written price and list of included features. Check extra costs for the lot and options, any neighborhood fees, inspection rules and an estimated finish date. If an offer is advertised, ask for its conditions and deadline for that home. An offer or estimate does not promise that you qualify or that the home will close on a certain date.
